1. Returns & Exchanges

We want every member of the REFFIT fam to love their purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Final-sale or customised pieces can’t be returned unless faulty.

Quick-Start Guide

  1. Email support@reff-it.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photo / short video of the item

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and reply within 24 hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the warehouse address.

  3. Pack it securely to avoid transit damage and add a slip inside with your Order ID.

  4. Ship it back via any trackable service of your choice. (Return postage is non-refundable.)

  5. Keep your tracking receipt until we confirm the refund.

2. Refunds

  • Once the parcel reaches our HQ and passes inspection, we’ll trigger the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take an additional 2-4 working days to reflect.

  • If the item shows signs of use or damage, we’ll notify you and return it to you at your cost.
